Here is how you make Souped Up Pasta:

Brown ground beef in a large skillet; rinse meat thoroughly with hot water & drain. Return to heat; add soup mix, Italian seasoning, tomatoes & water. Bring to a boil, then stir in pasta & cover. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
