preheat oven to 400 deg.Cook pasta, place spinach in colander and drain pasta over spinach.Heat oil, saute onion for 5 min then stir in flour, mustard 1/2 tsp black pepper and cook 1 min. - add milk and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in cheese mix and 1 tbsp. parmesan and cook until cheese melts. Stir in pasta, spinach and ham and divide into two ramekins. sprinkle with remaining parmesan.
