1 box whole wheat fettacini
1 eggplant cut into 1 inch square pieces, salt then rinse and drain
1 t capers
1/2 box of whole cherry tomatoes
1/2 onion diced
1 clove garlic
1 bag spinach
1 cup red wine
1 T Olive oil
