How Do I Make Veggie Tilapia Pasta?

Here is how you make Veggie Tilapia Pasta:

Boil pasta according to the directions on the box. Partially defrost or freeze two large 3.5 to 4 oz tilapia pieces. Carefully cut into small 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces. Season lightly with salt and crushed red pepper. Set aside fish. Next open a large can of dice tomatoes into a sauce pot. Lightly season with a dash of salt to taste. Dice squash into bite size pieces. Add in basil and half a lime juice and squash. Simmer 3-4 minutes until sauce begins to bubble. Grate carrots into sauce. Simmer 1 minute. Turn off sauce. In skillet add 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Turn on medium high heat. Cook until tender 2-3 minutes. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Add in half of the fish and toss.
