1 1/2 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Sliced Thin

Wash Collard Greens, Bring chicken broth, water, olive oil, salt & pepper to a boil in medium size pot. Add sugar & greens. Bring to a boil again. Cover pot & cook on medium heat for about 15min. Remove with slotted spoon & drain, saving 1/4 cup of the water. Set aside.Cook pasta as directed on boxMeanwhile, heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, onion & mushrooms, stir & cook until onions are clear, about 5-6min.Add collard greens & reserved water to skillet & toss mix well. Add drained pasta to skillet & mix well.
