Here is how you make Pepper Pots:

Saute` garlic, onion and mushrooms in skillet then set aside when soft. Cook turkey and drain if needed. I use white rice from Chinese takeout but you can cook your own. Combine veggies, turkey and can of diced tomatoes. Add to rice and mix well. Fill halfed bell peppers with rice mixture. Spoon sauce liberally over pepper pots.
