1/2 cup grape tomatoes
2.5 T less sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
2.5 T lemon juice
6 t worcestershire sauce
1/2 T garlic powder
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 t ground black pepper
1 T dried basil
1 T dried parsley


How Do I Make Pepper Steak Packets?

Here is how you make Pepper Steak Packets:

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, garlic cloves, black pepper, basil and parsley. Pour over steak slices and marinate at least half an hour, but it can be longer. Place several slices of the marinated steak on a sheet of heavy duty aluminum foil. Top with sliced onions, sliced peppers, and grape tomatoes. Seal top and ends. Place packets on a large baking pan and place in oven. Cook for 30-40 minutes.
