Here is how you make Butternut Shepherd's Pie:

Preheat oven to broiler setting. Steam 3 lbs squash until tender. Mash with butter, milk, salt and pepper to taste. Brown turkey. Mix cornstarch, broth, and mustard (1/2 cup) then add to turkey. Add veggies except peas. Simmer 20 minutes until tender. Taste and adjust seasonings. Add peas and transfer to casserole dish.
