What Are The Ingredients For Fisherman's Pie Recipe?The ingredients for Fisherman's Pie are: 1 large onion, chopped2 stalks of celery, chopped 8 potatoes 1/2 cup butter, divided 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/2 pound fresh crabmeat 1/2 pound frozen cocktail shrimp 1/2 pound small scallops 1.5 cups milk 1 cup half and half cream ? cup sour cream ? cup half and half cream 1 Tbsp dried parsley 1 Tbsp minced garlic 1 cup shredded marble cheese 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese How Do I Make Fisherman's Pie?Here is how you make Fisherman's Pie: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a heavy skillet, saut? the onion and the celery in 1/2 cup of butter. Cook until tender and set aside. 3. In a large Dutch oven, bring water to a boil. Add the shrimp and scallops and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain and set the seafood aside. 4. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and boil in water until cooked. Mash the potatoes, add sour cream, parsley, ? cup half and half cream, and garlic. Set aside. 5. In a heavy saucepan, add milk and 1 cup half and half cream, stir in 3/4 cup flour whisk together until smooth. Raise heat to medium; add in seafood, onion and celery, cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened and bubbly. Mix in the shredded Cheddar cheese, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese. Pour into lightly greased casserole dish. 6. Add Mashed potatoes to casserole dish, preferably on top of seafood mixture.7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
