Here is how you make Low Carb Pot Pie:

Chop all vegetables into small bits. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 9" deep pie plate. Place ingredients , except 1/2 cup of the cheese in a blender and blend well, about 15 seconds on high speed (or 1 minute in a large bowl with a hand mixer). Pour into pie plate. Bake about 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese on top. Bake an additional 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted.
