Simply Mashed Potatoes 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese How Do I Make Sue's Shepherd's Pie?Here is how you make Sue's Shepherd's Pie: Serving Size:?Makes 8 good size servingsPreheat oven to 400 deg. Microwave frozen vegetables until almost done while browning ground beef and chopped onion in a hot skillet. After vegetables are done add Smart Balance to them; then microwave mashed potatoes until warm throughout. (A large 32 oz. container takes about 10 min.) Add beef bouillon and worcestershire to meat mixture and continue cooking on medium heat for a few minutes. Remove from heat. Add/stir vegetables into meat mixture. In a 9 x 13 baking dish or pan, spread meat/veggie mixture evenly. Top with an even layer of all the mashed potatoes.
