cook potato in the microwave until donein a skillet on the stove heat dressing and add meat and onion cook and stir until meat is browned. Add corn and tomato .Spray bottom of a casserole dish, add drained potato and flatten (mash) on the bottom with a dish or glass. Add meat mixture and then top with 1/3 cup cheese.
