.25 tsp salt
4 tbsp water

FILLING:
1 cup mushrooms sliced
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp 100% whole wheat flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/3 cup 1% milk
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp nutmeg


How Do I Make Kari's Pot Pie?

Here is how you make Kari's Pot Pie:

For crust mix flour and salt in a bowl. Cut in the smart ballance until it forms pea sized crumbles. Add cold water a little at a time and form into 2 balls. Roll 1 ball to 10 inch diameter and place in bottom of pie pan. Chill. For filling cook onions and mushrooms in smartballance for 5 minutes. Blend in 2 tbsp of flour and broth. Cook until thickened. Cool slightly and then add milk, pepper and nutmeg. Add in canned vegetable and chicken. Pour into chilled pie crust. Roll out second ball of dough and put on top sealing edges.
