Here is how you make Shep's pie:

Boil Potatoes until tender. Drain, add butter, 1/4 c cheese, onion and mash. (I used hand mixer so to make it smooth for later) Set aside. Cook beef until pink is gone. Add flour, cook for about a minute. Add Ketchup, broth and stir. Cook until it comes to a boil.
