Here is how you make Mexican Pie:

Brown ground turkey in olive oil. Add onion, garlic, and peppers and continue to cook for about 5 minutes. Add chili blend and 1/2 cup of water, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes,tomato sauce, and beans. Continue to simmer. Add cooked pasta and sour cream, then pour into 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, adding cheese to the top during the last 5-10.
