1 8 or 9 in. pie shell, baked
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sauasge, lightly fried, drained and crumbled
2 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced

Here is how you make Provencal Pie:

Bake pie shell according to package directions and cool slightly.Mix cheese with mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and basil.Arrange half of the cheese mixture on the bottom of the pie shell. Spread the sausage next followed by the rest of the mixture. Arrrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
