Here is how you make Sheppard's Pie:

1. Chop potatoes, in a pot cover with water, bring to a boil. reduce to simmer for 25 minutes or until tender.2. Brown ground beef. Season with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside3. Melt 1 tbs Butter over medium heat. Add flour, stirring until it creates a brown roux. Add beef broth. Simmer until thickened. Add ground Beef4. mash potatoes with a masher or potato ricer. add 1tbs butter and 1/4 cup milk. Fold in 1 egg yolk5. Pour meat mixture in glass baking dish. ( i use a glass loaf pan) Spoon Potatoes on top of meat.6. Turn on broiler. Broil for about 5 minutes or until top of potatoes are browned.
