Here is how you make Rhonda's Shepard Pie:

Filling -- Brown Beef and Onions. Add all vegetables and tomato soup. Add a little water (about 1/2 cup or so) so consistency is not so thick. Add Tiger Sauce, Dried Ground Mustard and Salt and Pepper to taste.Crust -- Mashed Potatoes -- Peel, quarter and boil potatoes. Mix in butter and milk. Mash until creamy.Pour Filling into large oblong baking pan. Layer mashed potates on top. Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour.
