Here is how you make Tomato Pie (not low-fat):

Pre-bake crust for 10 minutes at 350 and set aside. Peel the tomatoes and cut into thick slices. Salt them and set them in a colander to drain for a few minutes. Lay tomato slices in pie shell and sprinkle with salt and pepper, basil and green onions. Mix mayo and cheddar cheese well and spread thinly over tomatoes all the way to the edges of the crust to seal tomatoes completely inside the crust. Bake in 350 oven for 20-30 minutes until top is lightly browned and bubbling.
