The flour is a blend of 1 to 3, I make a bunch all at once and then use 2 1/2 for this recipe. Combine flour blend, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and salt (I also add parsley, onion powder and garlic powder for added flavor). Make a well in the center, pour in the olive oil and 1 cup warm water. mix until you make a dough then knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes. Roll out the dough, I usually split the dough in half and make 2 large pizzas with a thin crust. Cover it and let it rise 10 minutes. Pre-heat the oven to 400 F then put the dough in for about 15 minutes.
