Here is how you make Multi-Grain Beer Batter Pizza Crust:

Combine dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Add warmed beer (I heat mine in the microwave for a minute and a half) (Do not overheat the beer, as it will kill the yeast.) warmed to 110* all at once to the dry mixture. Stir until well mixed and knead the rest of the way until it forms a nice dough and all dry ingredients have been incorporated. If still sticky, add white flour a small amount at a time until dough is no longe sticky. Cover the bowl with a clean towel, and let rest and rise 25 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400*. Spray a large round pan with cooking spray and roll the dough out on a floured surface. Fold the dough in half and in half again and transfer to the pizza pan and unfold onto the pan. Bake crust alone for 10 minutes. Then add sauce and toppings. Bake pizza for another 15 minutes.
