1/2 c "yogurt cheese" (Greek yogurt, strained to the consistency of cream cheese)
1 lg egg
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 c grated parmesan cheese
Topping
1/4 c pizza sauce
3/4 c shredded mozzarella cheese
toppings - pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, peppers (I used mushrooms & turkey pepperoni for nutrition calculation)


How Do I Make No Dough Pizza?

Here is how you make No Dough Pizza:

Strain greek yogurt until it is the consistency of cream cheese (make ahead-this takes about 24 hours). Preheat over to 350 F. Cream yogurt, egg, pepper, garlic powder & parmesan cheese with a hand mixer. Lightly spray a 9x7 pan with cooking spray. Spread yogurt mix across bottom of pan & bake 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with mozzarella, mushrooms & pepperoni. Bake 8-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.Serving Size:?1/4 of the pizza
