2 cups white flour
1 package Fleischmann's Pizza Yeast
1/2 Tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup very warm tap water
2 Tablespoons olive oil


How Do I Make Really Good, Really Fast Pizza Dough?

Here is how you make Really Good, Really Fast Pizza Dough:

Mix 1 cup of the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a medium sized bowl. Add water and oil, mix for 1 minute til the dough is well formed. Add 1/2 cup more of the white flour reserving the rest for kneading. Mix well. Turn out onto well floured dough cloth and knead until soft and smooth adding only what flour you need from the remaining 1/2 cup. I used about 3/4 of that half cup myself. Spray pizza pan with non stick spray. Place ball of dough in center and press dough out until it is as thin as you personally like. I find this amount of dough can make a pretty large pizza and be about a medium thickness for me. Top pizza dough with desired toppings and bake at 400-415 degrees until dough is golden brown and toppings are cooked as you would like them to be.
