Here is how you make Gigi's Homemade Trying to be a Good Girl Pizza:

Combine 1 c warm water (100 degrees +/-) with salt and honey. Add yeast, stir, and let sit for ten minutes. Add flour and olive oil and mix until smooth, kneading when necessary. Form ball and coat with olive oil, place in bowl, cover, and let rise in warm area for about an hour or until double in size. Punch down, replace cover, and again allow dough to rise in warm area for about an hour. Punch down once more and spread onto greased pizza pan. Top with sauce and reduced fat cheese. Add veggies to your liking. Bake at 425 degrees for approximately 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
