How Do I Make Homemade Pizza Dough?

Here is how you make Homemade Pizza Dough:

Mix 3 c four, yeast, oil, garlic powder & 1/2 c warm water by hand or using hand mixer. Add rest of water and mix until it forms a sticky dough. Put 1 c of flour on smooth dry surface. dump dough out and begin to knead the flour into the dough until no longer sticky. Preheat oven to 375*Spray the same bowl lightly with cooking spray. put dough back in the bowl and place on top of warming oven and cover bowl with a kitchen towel. Let dough rise for 15 mins. It should double in size. Once done, cut into 2, 3, or 4 pieces. Pat or roll out on baking sheets and top with your choice of sauce & toppings.
