CRUST: Combine flour, water, yeast and salt in a bowl, combine and let rise 12 - 18hrs. Divide into 2 portions, and let proof for 1 more hour. PREHEAT OVEN TO 425. Roll out into round crusts.Slice the kielbasa thin, and fry in cast iron skillet, no oil. After a few minutes, add in kale and cook for 2 minutes.Evenly divide all toppings amongst both pizzas, finish with cheese. Cook until crust has a color and cheese is bubbling.
