1/2 c (4 oz) mozzarella shredded reduced fat cheese
6 Italin bread slices, 1/2 in thick
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Italian seasoning

Here is how you make Pizza Patties:

1. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, pepper, onion, garlic & egg white. Add 1/4 c of the pizza sauce to meat mixture; mix lightly but thoroughly.2. Form mixture into 6 oval patties, 1/2 inch thick. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook patties 12-14 min or until meat is no longer pink in center, turning once. About 1 min before, top with cheese. Remove patties from skillet; keep warm.3. Wipe skillet clean with paper towel. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil; sprinkle with seasoning mix. Heat skillet over medium heat until hot. Place bread slices seasoned side down in skillet. Toast 1-2 minutes or until bread is lightly browned.4. Place patties on bread slices. Heat remaining sauce in microwave.
