Here is how you make Upsidedown Pizza:

Spray 13x9 glass baking dish with nonstick spray. In a large skillet combine turkey, onion, and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until meat is no longer pink. Drain, add pepperoni, pizza sauce and mushrooms, mix well. Heat until bubbly. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese. Unroll pizza crust on a work surface, starting at center, press dough with hands to form 13x9 pan. Place pizza dough over cheese in baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with parmesan.
