Here is how you make white and wheat pizza dough:

Spray large bowl with olive oil spray and set aside.Fill measuring cup with 1 cup warm tap water (105 - 115 degrees F.) Add yeast packet and sugar, stir until yeast is dissolved. Set aside until it starts to bubble.Prepare flour mixture.In a mixer add all of the remaining ingredients (flours and salt) give a quick stir to mix it all together. Once the yeast mix is bubbling, slowly add to the flour mixer while you are mixing. Mix until it forms a sticky ball.Take out of mixer after flouring your hands and counter with remaining flour, knead until dough is smooth and elastic. Put in a mixing bowl that has been sprayed with olive oil spray, lightly spray the dough with the spray to keep it from sticking. Cover tightly with saran wrap for at least one hour, or until dough has at least doubled in size.Once dough has doubled, spray your pizza pan with spray, or put a THIN coat of olive oil on the pan, punch the dough back down and begin to shape the dough into the desired shape for your pan. Preheat the oven to 450, add your desired toppings, and bake for at least 12-15 minutes. You may need to bake longer depending on your oven, the amount of toppings, and the desired crust browning. I prefer mine more well done and crispy, so usually 20 minutes at least.
