Here is how you make Polenta:

1) Bring chicken broth to a boil and add the cornmeal in a slow steady stream while whisking continuously. Add Bay Leaf and continue whisking. (Pre-heat oven to 350.)2) Once the polenta begins to thicken, add the frozen corn, parmesan cheese, pepper.
