Combine the ilk, oilve oil, and sea salt in a large, heavy-based pan. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and slowly pour in the polenta (corn grits), whisking constantly. After about 3 minutes, add the olives, tomatoes, and mochi. Stir for another minute, then turn off the heat. The mash should be creamy - if it is not, mix in a little more milk.
