Heat popover pan in oven at 350. Warm milk over low heat. Whisk eggs until frothy; slowly whisk in milk. Mix flour and salt. Slowly add dry mixture to milk/eggs and mix until smooth. Remove popover pan from oven; spray with vegetable spray. Fill each cup 3/4 full. Top each with about 2 T grated cheese. Bake at 350 for 50 min., rotating pan 1/2 turn after 15 minutes of baking.
