Trim fat from chops. Place chops in a resealable bag, place bag in a shallow dish.In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, oil, orange juice, cilantro, vinegar, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and garlic. Pour marinade over chops. Marinate in a ziploc bag for 2 hours in refrigerator, turning bag occasionally.Drain chops, discard marinade. Start grill. When grill is hot, place chops directly over heat.
