Here is how you make Diane's Pork Adobo:

Rinse pork ribs and chop in to roughly 2 inch chunks, put in dutch oven and cover with water to just over the top of meat. Take a tea ball and add pickling spice (may be just a little under or over the amount listed depending on size of tea ball) drop in pan. Bring water to a boil then lower to a fast simmer and let water boil out. When meat starts to cook in its own fat (or browning if very little fat) remove tea ball and add soy sauce (to taste) stirring the meat to coat and brown.*Prep and Cook times are approximate*Serving Size:?Makes 4 3oz servings
