Here is how you make BBQ Pork Cups:

mix stuffing with water only. mix potatoes with water and microwave for about 30 sec. pork is already cooked (I used my own which may be different calorie wise but not by much) shred cheese. combine prepped stuffing and potatoes. portion out 12 servings. I used a 12 count cupcake pan, It works perfectly. add mix to pan, forming a hole in middle of each cup. once cups formed , add spoons of pork and top with cheese. Bake 300 F for about 25 min, until tops a bit crusty and cheese milted. These are filling and pair well with almost any veggie you choose.
