What Are The Ingredients For San Francisco Pork Chops Recipe?The ingredients for San Francisco Pork Chops are: 4-4 oz bone in pork chops1 T canola oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cup light soy sauce 1 T worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup fat free chicken broth 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/4 tsp. black pepper How Do I Make San Francisco Pork Chops?Here is how you make San Francisco Pork Chops: In a mixing cup, stir together soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, dry mustard and black pepper. Set aside. Heat canola oil in a large skillet. Add chops and brown on both sides. Remove to plate.Add minced garlic to skillet and saute until clear. Put chops back in skillet with garlic and pour soy sauce mixture over. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until chops are cooked and not pink in the center.When chops are cooked remove from skillet and put on serving platter.In a small bowl mix together corn starch and cold water until corn starch is dissolved. Bring liquid in skillet back to a boil. If you need to you can add some more chicken broth to make sure you have at least a cup of liquid. Stir in corn starch mixture to thicken to gravy consistency.
