1 c skim milk
1 c sour cream

1 (32 oz) pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1.5 c shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 (6oz) can French fried onions, divided

Here is how you make Pork Chops and Creamy Potatoes:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large, nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook about 5 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.In a large bowl, mix together soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes, half the cheese and half the onions. Mix together and spread mixture in the bottom of a large baking pan, which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Arrange pork chops over mixture.Cover dish and bake for 40 minutes.
