Makes 4 4-oz. servings. Place 1 lb pork chops in crock pot. Sprinkle with onion. Pour BBQ sauce and water on top. Cook for 6-10 hours on low. Serve with your favorite starch and steamed veggies, or let it cool and pull it apart for pulled pork recipes. Note: My Rival 20-yr old crock pot is a 4.5 qt size and takes about 5 hours to cook this recipe using fresh chops. I use a timer to start the cooking later and frozen chops to inhibit bacteria growth as it sits out waiting to cook. It still finishes in about 6 hours using this method.
