Wrap pork in plastic wrap and then place in a covered container in the fridge.Day of Eating - Unwrap pork and put it into your slow cooker. Pour in Apple Cider Vinegar. Put lid on slow cooker and cook 6-10 hours (follow the directions of your slow cooker). After the pork is done, Put meat on sheet pan and pull into strands. Put meat back into cooker with Vinegar.
