Here is how you make Southwestern Pulled Pork (Crockpot):

Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours if frozen, 4-5 if thawed. The longer it cooks the easier it will be to pull apart. After cooking time remove bay leaf, and pull apart with two forks. If you are using the meat for tamales or burritos you will want to pour off the liquid.
