What Are The Ingredients For Fruity pork medallions Recipe?

The ingredients for Fruity pork medallions are:

6 100g pork medallions, all fat trimmed
1 tbs each of soy sauce, cider vinegar and syrup. I used the syrup from the preseved ginger but you can use any syrup to hand, eg maple syrup.
1 medium apple, cored and cut into six rings
1 lemon cut in six wedges
2 5g pieces of preseved ginger cut in three pieces each
about 10 onion rings
about half a bulb of garlic, peeled but left entire, seperated into cloves.

How Do I Make Fruity pork medallions?

Here is how you make Fruity pork medallions:

Marinade the pork medallions in the soy sauce, vinegar and syrup while you prepare the fruit and vegetables.Choose a shallow casserole that will just fit the pork laid out in a single layer, either with a lid or easy to cover with foil or silicone sheet.Preheat your oven to 190 degrees celsiusLayer the pork medallions and pour the marinade over them. Put an apple ring on each, and put a piece of ginger in the centre of the ring. Squeeze each lemon segment a little and tuck them in around the pork evenly. Fit the garlic cloves into the remaining spaces you find. If you're not so fond of garlic, be not alarmed, these will hardly effect the taste of the pork but are a delicious condiment for garlic lovers. Entire cloves are a way of using garlic to please everyone!Bake covered for about 30 minutes.Serve with a big plateful of steamed vegetables, flavoured with the meat juices poured over.Do try the baked garlic cloves and lemon pieces.
