Garlic cloves, minced

How Do I Make Sherried Pan-Cooked Pork Chops?

Here is how you make Sherried Pan-Cooked Pork Chops:

Pour approx. 1 T. of olive oil in to your pan. Saute your onions and minced garlic until a lovely golden color. Add in your pork chops and brown both sides. Add in tomatoes, mushrooms, sherry and a bit of water. Cover and cook about 15 minutes on either side on medium heat. Add more water if necessary to keep ingredients from sticking to bottom. Cook until pork done all the way through. Cooking times will vary slightly dependent upon thickness of chops.
