Here is how you make Greek Pork Chops:

Mix garlic, 1 tsp, olive oil, oregano and red wine vinegar together in a zip lock bag - mix them together, then add the pork chops. Marinate at room temperature for 20 minutes, turning once. Then grill or broil (we use our Joe Forman grill)In the meantime, mix together the yogurt, dill, remaining tsp. of olive oil and 1/8 tsp. salt.
