Heat grill on med-high, greasing the grill with olive oil; liberally season pork chops with salt and pepper. Cook the pork chops, flipping once until light pink or a meat thermometer reads 135 degrees. Warm the compote and serve atop the pork garnished with green onions.For the Sauce:If using fresh peaches first blanche to remove skins. In a small sauce pan combine peaches, ginger, butter and orange juice until butter is melted and is brought to a simmer stirring constantly. Place tea bags in the pan with the sauce and allow to continue to simmer until the peaches and ginger being to break down (not completely losing shape).
