How Do I Make Instant Pot Pork Chop?

Here is how you make Instant Pot Pork Chop:

Preheat instant pot by turning to sauté. Season pork chop on both sides . When pressure cooker is hot, sear pork chop on all sides for 1-2 minutes or until brown. When the pork chop is browned, remove and place on a plate. Add in the butter and sliced strawberries and finely chopped onions and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add in garlic powder and sauté for another minute. Turn instant pot off. Add broth and thyme. Scrape the bottom of pot to mix in any brown bits. This prevents a burn error. Put the lid on and make sure vent knob is sealed and set to press cook for 5 minutes. When cook time is done, Allow to sit for 10 minutes to do a natural pressure release (NPR). When time is finished turn pot to a clear area and press the pressure relief valve with a wooden spoon so your gas is clear of the escaping steam. Remove the lid and the pork chop. Mix cornstarch and water and add to pot, mixing well. Turn pot to sauté and cook for 1-2 minutes until gray is thickened. Serve pork chop with gravy over cauliflower rice or potato if desired.
