Here is how you make Juicy Pork Kebabs:

1. Remove excess fat and gristle from meat. Cut into thick slices.2. Blend together apple juice, ginger, pepper and soy sauce.3. Place meat in a Gallon size ziplock bag.4. Pour marinade over. Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.5. Preheat barbecue grill.6. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes. Thread meat and apple wedges on skewers.7. Grill or broil about 6 inches from heat, turning often and basting with remaining marinade from time to time.
