Add additional water if necessary to almost completely cover the pork-loin. Cover & cook on high for 5hrs.Break up the meat into smaller chunks with a wooden spoon & add the uncooked rice. Stir, replace lid.Cook for another hour. The pork should pull apart with the wooden spoon. If not, cook a little longer.
