Makes 4 servingsPrehead oven to 375 degrees F.Chop up a container of crimini mushrooms (8 oz packet, or 227 grams).Chop up one medium yellow onion.Mix bouillon cube with 2 cups water and set to boil.Add mushrooms and onion to boiling broth. Add in garlic and basil. Salt and pepper isn't really needed because of the seasoning from the bouillon cube.Cook until onions soften.In a deep baking dish, place the pork tenderloin on the bottom, and pour the hot mushroom mixture over the pork.Place in oven and cook for 35-45 minutes.Pull pork out and let rest, pour mushroom mixture into a pot and set to boil.In a small bowl combine 1 tsp of cornstarch to a little water, and pour mixture into boiling mushroom mixture.
