Here is how you make Rustic Mushrooms and Pork Chops:

In a large skillet, spray with cooking spray, then sear both sides of the pork chops. Remove the chops and place them in your slow cooker. In the same skillet, saute onions, mushrooms, celery, and carrots until just soft. Move vegetables to slow cooker. Combine soup and broth in a bowl. Add Tabasco sauce and stir. Pour over the chops and vegetables. Fill the soup can with water and pour into the skillet to deglace. Scrape up all the bits on the bottom. Pour this liquid into the slow cooker.
