Here is how you make Maple Mustard Pork Chops:

- Prep & pre-measure ingredients.- Preheat skillet over med/high heat.- Season Pork Chops with Pepper. - Add olive oil to pan. - Add pork to pan, cooking 3 minutes per side or until cooked through with a slight blush in center. Remove from pan and keep warm in oven.- Using same pan, add butter to pan, then add shallots, cooking until translucent. Add broth, mustard and maple syrup.
